Modern Erection Limited has successfully created a powerful, compact electric Steam Generator achieving high mobility and space saving dimensions. An ideal Electric Steam Generator which supplies dry steam wherever and whenever needed.
Most advanced design based on many years of experience on boiler works. Fully welded construction with proper materials suitable for boiler considered along with adequate safety factors. Each electric Steam Generator is subjected to pressure test.
High quality stainless steel flanged immersion heater are used which are imported from USA/EU source.
Water level controls covering extra low, low & high water level and feed pump control are fitted on the Electric Steam Generator for automatic operation.
A control panel housing starters, fuses, WLC, alarm bells and lights are bracketed to the front side.
A full set of high quality Steam and water mountings comprising safety valve, stop valve, blow down valve, feed check valve, water gauge assembly, pressure gauge, pressostat are supplied and fitted to each Electric Steam Generator.
The Electric Steam Generator is provided with a full proof safety devices such as against over pressure, low water level, power failure etc.
